Before founding ECIS Advisory, Jennifer held several prominent leadership roles, including CEO of DL Advisory, Wealth & Residence Planning Managing Director at DL Holdings, and Managing Partner and Head of North Asia at Henley & Partners where she led a team serving private clients across major North Asian markets. She also contributed to the firm’s Government Advisory services, promoting and implementing several successful programs throughout the region.
Beyond her advisory expertise, Jennifer is a seasoned speaker at international conferences, offering insights on topics such as international migration, family wealth planning and global residency solutions. She actively engages in professional communities, serving as Managing Partner of Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide (FEW) Japan, Fellow member of Investment migration council (IMC) and also assuming the role of the IMC Field Officer for Hong Kong.

Angela brings eight years of expertise in advising on both inbound residency solutions for Hong Kong and outbound tailored residency and citizenship planning solutions for private clients.
Before joining ECIS Advisory, Angela served at two of the Big Four accounting firms, specializing in Hong Kong residency services for corporate clients. Earlier in her career, she worked at an internationally renowned global leader in the investment immigration industry focusing on investment migration programs and provided tailored residency and citizenship solutions to private clients.

Daoquan is a seasoned consultant with extensive years of experience in European residency planning, focusing on advising private clients and their families on European residency, citizenship, and cross-border lifestyle planning.
Drawing on extensive on-the-ground experience in Europe, he has a deep understanding of country’s residence environment, clients’ settlement needs, and family relocation arrangements. This enables him to offer practical, forward-looking advice grounded in real-life considerations and long-term planning, helping private clients develop flexible, long-term solutions.
Kiki Chang

Kiki Chang specializes in facilitating Taiwan inbound entrepreneur investment programs for clients from China, Hong Kong and Macau. She also provides tailored residency and citizenship planning solutions for high-net-worth clients in Taiwan.
Ensuring comprehensive support for her clients, Kiki collaborates with wealth management institutions, immigration agents, accounting firms and overseas education consultancy firms in Taiwan. She is also a regular speaker at immigration events and seminars across Taiwan. As a former Senior Legal Counsel at publicly listed companies in Taiwan and a Certified Taiwanese Immigration Specialist, Kiki brings both deep expertise and a wealth of practical experience to her role.

Ben Lai, CPA, CPA(HK)
Canadian Tax Consultant
Ben has extensive years of experience in finance and tax at Canada's Big Four accounting firm as well as mid-sized accounting firms. He specializes in resident and non-resident income tax advisory, tax planning, estate planning, corporate tax advisory and business advisory for small and medium-sized enterprises. Ben provides tax planning and advisory to his local, overseas and cross border clients.
Ben is a CPA in Canada and Hong Kong, also an adjunct professor teaching accounting courses at University of British Columbia (UBC). He is serving as a Director of Accounting at Vancouver Premier College, a Treasurer at Asian Real Estate Association of America Vancouver Chapter (AREAA), a Financial Advisor at Chinese Real Estate Professional Association of BC (CREPA), and a Founding Director of the Chinese Rental and Lease Association of British Columbia.
